It also serves to uncover information from the subconscious which creates powerful insight. As a certified health coach I educate clients on the connections between food, mood, and physical health. Taking the time to focus on the body supports the natural healing process. Addressing emotional and mental health can cause improved physical health. Hypnosis is an extremely effective technique for addressing many mental health concerns, as well as weight reduction, with quick results. Reducing one’s weight is connected to the human desire for happiness. People often feel they’d be happier if they weighed less. The truth is that when you’re happy its much easier to be healthy! I use a holistic approach which includes addressing the emotional and physical aspects of becoming healthier.
