Working in a warm and empathetic environment, my primary focus is Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused therapies. Both of these modalities complement each other by offering coping mechanisms and tools which allow you to achieve your therapeutic goals in a timely manner. My therapeutic experience includes adults, children, adolescents, couples, and family counseling. I have worked in addictions counseling as well as have experience with depression, anxiety, co-occuring disorders, infertility, and trauma survivors.
