About

As a collaborative, client-centered therapist, I utilize a Relational Cultural and Cognitive Behavioral approach to exploring the challenges in your life. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents, adults and families, and I specialize in addictive behaviors and the impact of these behaviors on the individual and their relationships.

Because each person, and each family, is unique, there is no set formula for helping people find solutions to achieving happiness. I focus on the particular circumstances and attend to what is being presented. The process is direct, supportive, and interactive. The goal is to enhance well being and quality of life in whatever ways you define that. Together, we will identify negative behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be keeping you, and your family, from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Rates & Insurance Details

Breakthrough has not yet partnered with all insurance companies, but you or the therapist you select may contact your insurer about covering your online care. We strive to accept all insurers but we can not guarantee coverage.

If you receive care on Breakthrough but your insurer declines coverage, you will be billed at the therapist's self-pay rate.

If you can not find a therapist who accepts your insurance, call us at 888-282-2522 and we will try to find a therapist who can see you.
