Director of Engineering

We're looking for our first full time engineering hire. We are currently developing with a team of four part–time engineers; you will help us transition to a team of full–time engineers. As Director of Engineering, you will get to lead all engineering efforts including:

• Recruit, train, manage, and motivate a rockstar engineering team
• Design and scale our architecture
• Create agile process to iterate quickly and consistently
• Help product management evaluate trade-offs between user benefit, security, costs, and revenues
• Ensure security of health records, including management of site audits
• Seamlessly integrate multiple technology vendors
• Evangelize our product to the larger development community
