Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, and motivate a rockstar engineering team
• Design and scale our architecture
• Create agile process to iterate quickly and consistently
• Help product management evaluate feature trade-offs
• Ensure security of health records, including management of site audits
• Seamlessly integrate multiple technology vendors
• Evangelize our product to the larger development community

Skills

• 5+ years as a web engineer
• 2+ years managing engineering teams
• Experience founding or working early at a web startup
• Interested in both coding and managing engineers
• Strong work ethic
• Intellectually honest
• Collaborative and fun to work with
• Excited about helping people
• Relentlessly resourceful!

Experience with Ruby is a plus.

Technical skills are a strong plus.
